Location, delivery and fees

Location: Sessions can take place at our studio at at 400 Eastern Ave., Toronto; your home; or an outdoor location of your choice. For locations 15km or more from our studio, we will add a travel fee of $0.75/km. Clients are responsible for photographic permits and parking costs incurred for the location choice. Delivery: Will provide two dozen or more edited images. They will include full-group shots and groupings of a few people. Images will be edited for colour correction, straightening and distraction removal. We will provide high-resolution JPEGs (or other format if you prefer) for printing and low-res JPEGS for social media and convenient viewing. Fees: One roaming photographer with a camera-mounted Speedlight. Not suitable for outdoor photography. • $500 up to two hours • $750 up to five hours Two photographers. We will bring professional lighting equipment, reflectors and modifiers to enable studio-quality photography. For outdoor photography, lighting is mandatory because the sun cannot be relied upon to be in exactly the right place. (Nor do we want to shoot if you’re squinting.) • $750 up to two hours • $1,000 up to five hours A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
